Bye Y’all

Bye Yall

First of all, I did not realize how fast senior year would fly by. I would’ve never thought that I would be writing this goodbye letter in the span of what felt like a couple of weeks. I’ve grown so much over these past four years. My first year I was completely online and I just found myself in my own shell, but meeting new people, making those new relationships, and just putting myself out there has truly brought me out of the shell that COVID put me in.

I want to thank all my teachers, especially Mrs.Wallace, for encouraging me through high school and being there for me when I needed them most. I want to also thank my journalism family, you’ll never forget the memories you make in journalism. My journalism family will always have a place in my heart.

My tip for the upcoming underclassmen is to work hard at what you do, it’ll get you places. Whether that’s new friends, certain privileges, and you’ll have a good work ethic. For my upcoming seniors, I love y’all so much. I feel like our senior and junior classes ran together. I felt like we were in the same class because of how well we bonded. Seniors, you should enjoy your last year. Forget that one homework, and go out and have fun! Savor every moment!

I guess this is it! Love y’all! Peace out Girl Scout!!!
