22 Push Ups

22+Push+Ups

The 22 push up challenge has grown to a national level. The challenge is being done by news stations,  superstars, and everyday people across America.

Every day, an average 22 veterans commit suicide. The 22 push up challenge was created to raise awareness of the epidemic and hopes to  prevent American veterans from committing suicide.

The way this challenge works is simple. First, you record yourself naming the one who challenged you. Then, you do 22 push ups. Next, post the video with the hashtag, ¨#22pushupsfor22KILL.¨ Once you’re done, you then name a friend to do the challenge. This can be done either during the video or in the caption.
