While fashion trends may have been exclusively synonymous with girls throughout the last generation, the current generation of boys have seen their fair share of fads. Factors like social media and increased menswear advertising have done well to usher in new styles as well as raise the general interest in fashion among men.

A new saying should be, “A man with lots of chambray fabric is a man to be feared.” It is truly the x-factor in anyone’s shirt arsenal. If you yourself are looking for some chambray, I have a few recommendations. Multi color is great, but the simplicity of blue makes it the master key. Also if you get long sleeve, roll up the cuff’s three to four inches, especially if there’s a contrasting fabric underneath. The final thing to keep in mind for this summer is your hair. No matter what kind of hair you have, disconnected cuts are the way to go. My personal favorite style is the quiff, which is basically hair back and to one side. However if you’re looking for something simple, go with a fringe. Fringes allow you to have swagger without much maintenance. Finally, if you’re just plainly not a fan of hair, get a flat bill cap and wear it backwards. The most popular hat material among designers now, if you still haven’t learned yet, is chambray.
