My Final Goodbye

My Final Goodbye

Well that was quick. From 4 years to just a few weeks I’ll no longer go to school here. When people say high school goes by fast it –really does. It may not be like the movies you see on tv, but it will be 4 years of your life you won’t forget.

During highschool it may be one of the hardest times you’ll go through or the best times you’ll ever have. Personally, I had a lot of ups and downs, but I still made it.

I remember walking into our school with no friends and being very very shy, but now I’m not shy at all with tons of friends. As a teenager, we will go through so much during our teenage years, heartbreaks, jobs, new responsibilities, decisions we don’t want to make, grades, stress, worries, and so much more, but believe me when I say it gets better. I know it sounds cheesy, and I’m guessing you’ve heard of it before, but it does. I remember coming to this school, one of the youngest in my grade, a 13-year-old as a freshman in high school, and now here I am, graduating and going into college as a 17-year-old. It still doesn’t feel real.

If I typed all the people I’m thankful for and why, it would take up so many pages, so in general I’m thankful for my friends and family, and even more my teachers. Without all of you guys, I don’t think I would have survived my high school years alone! I’ve cried and laughed so much during my highschool years, but what’s life without a little struggle? If I could give you, reader, one piece of advice, it would be to never give up. YOU GOT THIS. As of that, goodbye high school, hello college!
