59 years ago today, legendary actor James Dean was in a fatal car accident. Dean’s passenger and the driver of the other car survived, making Dean the only casualty of the crash. Salvaged parts of Deans car were sold and rumours began to be spread about his “cursed car” as fatal accidents kept occurring in cars with parts salvaged from Deans car.
