Hi! My name is Joni McElroy and this is my second year in Journalism! I’m a junior and I’m so excited for this school year. Journalism has been one of my favorite things that I have been given the opportunity to be involved in over the last 2 years at LCHS. In addition to journalism, I am a member of the marching and concert band, I participated in Singers my sophomore year, and I have been a member of Student Council, as well as NHS, Environmental club, and Interact club. Staying involved has been one of my goals throughout high school, and I’m happy to say that I’ve loved being able to be a part of so many different communities of people. I’m very grateful for my opportunity to be a part of this incredible staff.
