As the weather is warming up and the second semester of the school year is coming to an end, we get to be welcomed by spring break! Most of us have plans over the break whether it is staying inside or going out with friends and family. Either way you should take the break as a good time to spend it how you want to!
Joselyn Herrera (12) will be spending her spring break celebrating her 18th birthday.
“For Spring break I am getting two tattoos on my birthday and I am so excited for them,” Herrera said.
Turning 18 is a very big accomplishment, and I hope Joselyn has a wonderful spring break!
Michael Elliot (12) also shares his upcoming plans for the break
“I will be going to the beach with friends and family,” Elliot said.
Along with the beach, Elliot is ready and prepared to attend Marines basic training.
While there are a lot of students that will be out of state visiting family and friends, there are also many of us who will be staying in the comfort of our own homes and taking the break as a chance to make some money. Gracie Collins (12) shares her exact plans for her break
“Honestly my plan is just to work because it will be busy since school is out, and I am most excited about making money since I am broke” Collins said.
With summer being so close by, students are in need of spring break to let them reset their minds and work hard for these last couple of months! So now as the weather starts to warm up and spring break comes closer around I hope you spend it the best you can!
